Please email me with some basic details about you and which trip(s) you're interested in. jo@korakoru.com
We'll set up time to have a chat online (poetry in motion :) )
If we're in the same geographical location we can meet up for a walk n talk.
Once we're all happy that you've found the best fit trip and Reignition is it, we'll send an invoice for the trip costs, with the deposit of USD500 (or equivalent) payable immediately to secure your place.
You'll receive a receipt once the $$ hit our account.
The deposit is refundable if the trip doesn't run or we have to cancel for any reason. As a rule it's non-refundable if you have to cancel. (The deposit money helps us cover our initial costs in-country that secure accommodation, salaries etc. )
All Reignition trips are only Guaranteed To Run (GTR) once we have a minimum number of folk who've confirmed their place with a deposit. This is usually 4 people. Check the trip page!
We will contact you as soon as we reach this number and go GTR.
Please DO NOT book international flights etc until the trip is GTR.
Going GTR is an excellent point to take out necessary travel insurance!
Once we're GTR we'll send you a bundle more info on gear, visas, who else is coming and any juicy trip details that we've been able to add.
We'll also send you a more comprehensive form asking for a bit more about you. This will include your travel insurance details; passport info (for any permits we need to get); flight details; dietary stuff; health conditions and meds; therapeutic and other relevant info.......
A month before the departure date we'll invoice for the balance of payment. We'll send a receipt and specific joining instructions - where and when to meet up; who to look for if you've requested an airport pick-up etc.
You arrive. We meet up. And the adventure begins!
"I spent a wonderful 10 days in March 2024 exploring Nepal and trekking bistari bistari (slowly slowly) through the Solukumbu and the foothills of the Himalayas. We watched the sunrise over the white peaks, were invited to drink tea with several wonderful Sherpa families and participated in puja ceremonies with Buddhist rinpoches. The whole experience left me feeling nenewed and provided the space and support for change to happen. Jo and the caring Nepalese team provided the guidance and sustenance needed for such a trip and there was so much laughter and fun along the trails. If you are thinking about it ... go! It will give you a whole new perspective on life"
